Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack With Care
Securely pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all hangtags, manuals, and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
